I am someone who hates…

Spiders! Absolutely hates them. I am one of those that will scream while trying to kill one, that’s if I can’t find anybody to kill it for me. I don’t like spiders, no matter the size. I am all for animal rights, except when it comes to those 8 legged creatures…or how many ever legs they have and their buggy eyes. Just talking about it makes me feel all itchy and like I need to take a shower. If you are my insurance agent, and you are reading this…it wasn’t me. I didn’t burn down my house because of a spider 🙂

Now was not the time for this asshole to make an appearance…didn’t he know that I was in the middle of school pick up. As soon as we got in the car, I told the kids to buckle up because I will go fast in hopes that it would fly off. Well let’s just say that didn’t work as planned. Only can go so fast when you have to drive 10 blocks in a school zone to pick up your other kid from another school. As I was in the pick up lane at my daughters school, this guy decided to jump from my review mirror to my windshield. I tried to spray it but it was smarter than I thought because it kept moving. Now I can’t find it. Guess I won’t be parking my car in the garage!

On a more serious note (not that a spider apocalypse isn’t important), but working outside the home has made me realize how much I hate poor leadership within a company. Leaders are supposed to coach you, inspire you, develop you. They should want you to succeed. Poor leadership definitely damages the overall success of a company. I have seen my fair share of this, unfortunately. Good ole’ corporate life…NOT.
